Our new flagship “THE HOUSE”
Our new flagship location, which opened in Ginza in October 2019, is named “THE HOUSE.” It means we literally hope this could be the place where people smile, feel at peace and belong. We keep delivering new types of confectionery with fruit in Ginza where the long tradition and cutting-edge trends exist.
1st floor Souke Minamoto Kitchoan Ginza flagship store
2nd to 5th floor Cafe Restaurant K. Minamoto
The interior and exterior of the flagship is of Washi Japanese traditional paper artwork by Eriko Horiki, Japanese traditional paper designer. The design is inspired by nature, trees and flowers with Kissho pattern; It adds the warmth and energy to the whole building.
The exterior of the building and the interior on the first floor feature an intersecting circular pattern which is considered to be a lucky omen bringing the hope for happiness and the chance for a good relationship. Each floor has different design concept, so please have a look at them too.

We have Japanese confectionery with seasonal fruit and traditional style confectionery. You can also enjoy store decoration which changes seasonally.
THE HOUSE 2nd to 5th floor Cafe Restaurant K. Minamoto
The concept is “GINZA HARE(special occasion) fruit.”
Every dish is served with fruit. We make the most of fruit and try to make the dish “more than fruit.”
3rd floor

Millefeuille with autumn fruit
